Competitive Program

In addition to a full range of recreational gymnastics, IGA
offers a competitive program for girls. Pre-Team classes are designed for dedicated and talented gymnasts who wish to pursue competition. Classes
are structured around the USA Gymnastics Competitive Routines, with a strong emphasis
on building the strength and flexibility required for more advanced gymnastics.
