New class openings – We have added new Ninja, Hotshots, Tumbling and Rec classes. Available now on Wednesdays at 6PM is our Tumbling classes, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 4PM are Ninja classes. If you are interested, please stop by the front desk, and ask about the class(es). For any of these new classes to start there must be a minimum of 3 kids wanting to enroll for it.

Summer Camp - There will not be a summer camp week for July 4-8. Please make sure that you enroll your kids to the summer camp that you want them to attend by the Friday before the camp starts. Once enrolling your child/ren to the camp there are forms that are required to be turned in the Friday before camps starts. Failure to do so your child will not be able to attend camp until the forms are completed. We have printed copies at the front desk if needed.

Parent Coaching – Please let our staff do the coaching of your children. The relationship our staff builds with your children is so important to their safety as well as their development during class. I know it can be hard to sit and watch your child not do the exact thing the coach said to do but this is how they learn. It is super frustrating as a coach for the parents to continue to interject while we are working with your children. You are paying us to coach, please let us do our jobs and sit quietly and watch your children learn. If u feel the need to continue to coach your child, you are more than welcomed to apply for a coaching position!

Potty Time – Please help the coaches make good use of class time and take your child to the restroom before class starts. This is very important for our Preschoolers to help with class interruption.

Birthday Party – Have you heard about our birthday parties? Our parties are super fun and hassle free! Our goal is to handle everything so that you can be a guest at your own party! We have two themes to choose from Gymnastics or Nerf Wars fit for ages 4 and up. Stop by the front desk and reserve your slot for your birthday party.

Late Class Policy – It is very important that your child/ren be on time to class. The class begins with stretching and a warm-up that is imperative to their muscle development. Without stretching, there is a higher rate of injury. If you are later than 10 minutes you will not be permitted to attend class that night and will need to schedule a make-up class.  It is very important for their muscle safety to warm up first.

Ponytail Holders – It is our policy is that your children need to have their hair pulled back out of their face while doing class as it can be a safety hazard.  We understand that this can sometimes be overlooked and have extras on hand for those that need them. Because of this we typically go through about 100 ponytail holders a month. If you happen to be out and see some, we would love any donations we can get.

Handstands Around the World – If you are traveling this summer with your family, we would love to see your gymnast take their best handstand picture and send it to us. We always love to see where they are traveling and how cool their handstand place are. You can email them to us at or you can text them to 817-501-9590. Please make sure you include your gymnast’s full name and place of handstand.
