TUITION - May Tuition is due on May 1st.

SHOWCASE - We are so excited about our Spring Showcase coming up in 3 weeks. Our Hawaiian themed Showcase will be Saturday, May 18th.

The sessions & Times are as follows:
9:30-11:30am - All Preschool, Hotshots and Lil’ Ninjas. This is all children girls & boys ages 3-5years old.
1:00-3:00pm – All girls and boys who are 6 years old and up and whose LAST name is between “A-M” in the alphabet.
4:30-6:30pm – All girls and boys whose LAST name is between “N-Z” in the alphabet

The cost for the showcase will be $25 and that fee will be charged to your account on Wednesday, May 1st with your May tuition. If you do not want your child to participate in the showcase you will have until Monday, April 29th to stop by the office and sign the non-participation form, otherwise we are going to plan for all students to participate and your account will be charged.

The kids have been working hard learning skills and routines and we want to showcase their success in front of all their family. The kids will be receiving certificates, medals and we will have a reception after with light refreshments! Bring your cameras, come early, and watch proudly as your gymnast performs on all the different events!

Please make sure the girls have their hair up, a leotard on without a skirt; boys need to be wearing their Irving Gymnastics t-shirt with black or red shorts. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get a good spot!
There will be a cash only fee of $1 per person at the door – gymnasts will not be charged at the door.

TEAM TRYOUTS - Tryouts for our upcoming 2018 Gymnastics Team will be on Sunday, May 19th from 4:30-7:30pm. Tryouts are for any child who is currently enrolled in our program that is not already on our team. Tryouts are $25 per child to tryout. If your children are in our Pre-team class the charge will be auto-drafted from your account on Saturday, May 18th before try-outs. If your child is not in our Pre-team class but wants to tryout you can pay either before or at the door.
The girls will need to be:
                                             • dressed in a leotard
                                             • have their hair securely pulled out of their face
                                             • bring a water bottle with them.

Students do not have to be in our current Pre-Team class to try out. No parents will be allowed in the gym during tryouts. Please note that not every child that tries out will make the team. If they do not make the team this year they can stay in class and work hard and tryout again next year.
There will be many factors that go into our decision as to who makes the team. It will not only be based on skill, but attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn will play a big part in our decision.

We will have an MANDATORY informative meeting about team on Wednesday, May 15th @ 7:00 pm in the gym. If your child is planning on trying out for team it will be mandatory for you to attend. A skill sheet can be picked up in the office so you can see the skills we will be looking for but remember that skills should only be practiced during gymnastic classes.

CLOSURE - The gym will be closed on Monday, May 27th in Observance of Memorial Day.

CAMP - Summer Camp Palooza will begin on Monday, June 3rd. Camp Registration begins on Wednesday, May 1st. We have 10 weeks of fun weekly themes, STEM Experiments, Craft Projects, Lots of Gymnastics, Games and Challenges & Obstacle Courses for all ages.

NO COACHING - While your child in is gymnastics class please let our coaches do the coaching. Do not try to coach your child from the bleachers or try to get their attention. It can be very dangerous to them.

BE SEATED - We have plenty of seating please make sure you are using it and not standing in the aisles or right in front of the curtains. We have had several complaints from parents not being able to get to the bathrooms or to the dance rooms due to so many people standing in the hallway

If you have any questions please let me know,
