Irving Gymnastics holds the best children`s birthday party in town! Our age appropirate parties are 1.5 hours of super fun and Hassle free. Our goal is to handle everything so that you can sit back and be a guest at your own party.
Upon arrival, your designated party host will greet you and escort you to our party room, where they will have tables and chairs set up and ready for decorations. Our hosts will take care of everything for you: decorating the party room, setting up, singing, cake time, and clean-up. You just get to sit back and enjoy the party! Once your guests have arrived, it’s time to party.
After the party our hosts will handle all the messy clean-up...Kids included! We will have a special gift for the Birthday child, and all your guests will go home with a free-class-pass to come back and enjoy the fun! It will be the BEST birthday ever!
We have two types of parties to chose from:
Our host will lead the kids in gymnastics fun, age appropriate games, trampoline, obstacle courses, and many other entertaining activities.
Nerf & Ninja Parties:
Our host will lead the kids in a high energy game of Nerf wars for the first 30 minutes, and then it’s on to our obstacle courses for some fast paced fun. We do provide Nerf guns as well as bullets, but kids can bring their own Nerf guns.

How long is the party?
Your child's party will be 1.5 hours in length with one certified instructor per ten children. The party will consist of 60 minutes of fun gym activities and 30 minutes in the party area for cake.
How early do I need to arrive?
You will need to arrive at least 20 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin.
What does Irving gymnastics provide?
Irving Gymnastics provides the gym, coaches, party room, four 6 foot tables and chairs, refrigerator, microwave and clean up.
What do I have to provide for the party?
Please supply cake, drinks, any food and goody bags for your child's party. Also, all paper products such as table cloths, plates, napkins and forks need to be supplied by the parents.Please note: No Alcoholic Beverages Allowed in the Facility.
When can parties be held?
IGA will host parties on Saturday from 1:30-3:00 pm & 3:45-5:15 pm. The earlier party must be booked before you can book the latter one.
How many instructors will I need?
One certified instructor per every ten children will be provided.
Can I reschedule/ transfer my party?
The party may not be rescheduled or transferred as this will result in a direct loss of your deposit.
If I exceed the amount of children is there a fee?
All children over the standard 12 are $10 per child. The amount will be charged the day of the party.
When do I pay the whole rest of my amount for the party?
You will receive a phone call and an email a week prior to your party where you will be informed that the rest of your balance will be paid/ charged the Wednesday before the party.
What is the difference between Members and non-members?
Members are families who are enrolled in our programs and have paid our annual $50 fee. Nonmembers are families who are not enrolled in our programs.
How old should children be to hold a birthday party at IGA?
Parties may be booked for three year olds and up as long as they are fully potty trained.
Can younger siblings and guests attend a birthday party at IGA?
All ages can attend as long as they are fully potty trained. PLEASE NOTE: No adults allowed on gymnastics equipment.
Is my deposit refundable?
No, deposits are non-refundable.
Can I book one party for multiple children?
One party per child.
