- Our beginner-level classes introduce gymnasts to the four basic women’s gymnastics events: vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
- Led by experienced instructors, Irving Gymnastics offers a complete range of instruction from beginner to advanced gymnastics based on age range
- Gymnasts will develop their flexibility, posture, balance, and strength, as well as their confidence. We provide quality instruction to those interested in recreational gymnastics and those who wish to pursue competition.
