Mommy & Me
Don't worry- it's not just for moms! Dads, aunts, uncles, & grandparents are more than welcome! Our Mommy & Me program is a parent & child class that introduces physical, mental, & social challenges to little ones in a fun, engaging, & hands-on environment. As an early development program, our classes follow age-appropriate active play with structured circuits to support physical, social, & emotional growth. Every activity includes various sensory, balance, & coordination tasks that nurture your little one's natural curiosity, instill confidence, & empower them for all of life's adventures!
The classes are tailored to the developmental needs
of this age group and are a special time for parents and
little ones alike to learn, bond, & grow together!

Preschool Gymnastics Program
As an introduction to gymnastics, Irving Gymnastics offers a range of special motor skills classes that clearly emphasize the joy of movement. The preschool program is designed to encourage whole-body exercise, including strength, flexibility, and coordination development. Classes are structured, but not rigid. Children can channel their physical energy while learning to socialize with other students in a safe and fun environment. Children must be potty trained for preschool gymnastics.

Recreational Gymnastics Program
Irving Gymnastics offers a complete range of instruction from beginner to advanced gymnastics. Our beginner-level classes introduce gymnasts to the four basic women’s gymnastics events: vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Gymnasts will develop their flexibility, posture, balance, and strength, as well as their confidence. We provide quality instruction to those interested in recreational gymnastics and those who wish to pursue competition.

Competitive Team Program
In addition to a full range of recreational gymnastics, Irving Gymnastics offers a competitive program for girls. Pre-Team and Team classes are designed for dedicated and talented gymnasts who wish to pursue competition. Classes are structured around the USA Gymnastics Competitive Routines, with a strong emphasis on building the strength and flexibility required for more advanced gymnastics. Open try-outs for the team program typically occur in May with training throughout the summer months through December. The competition season begins in January and ends at the beginning of May.

Ninja Warrior Classes
Our Ninja training program will combine military-style obstacle courses to develop strength and speed, gymnastics tumbling, and ‘ninja’ style moves just like what you would see in a video game or the movies! The sport of Ninja is… “To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth. To use combinations of skillful spins, rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks to elude an opponent.” Our skill curriculum is comprised of a clever combination of gymnastics, martial arts, break dancing, and cross-training. Beyond skill, our curriculum teaches confidence, being part of a group & impulse control.

Tumbling Classes
Irving Gymnastics Tumbling program offers novice, intermediate, and advanced classes to children 8 and up.
-Novice tumbling will introduce students to beginner tumbling skills that require timing and flexibility, while also building their strength for higher-level skills.
-Intermediate tumbling is for athletes who have some tumbling experience and can perform the tumbling passes we train towards in the novice class and are ready to focus on more power-focused skills like handsprings and connected passes.
-Advanced Tumbling focuses on athletes who have mastered their handsprings and are ready to start training flips and advanced connections.

Adult Gymnastics Classes
Whether you are new to gymnastics or are a former elite gymnast, there is something for everyone in our Adult Gymnastics classes. Working with trained coaches, adults of all ages focus on stretching and strengthening while adding the fun factor of gymnastics to a core and cardio workout. If you are interested in warming up and focusing on a particular skill, you have the freedom to work solo or as a group with guidance to achieve your goals. Our exclusive 8 pm time slot ensures our recreational children’s program will not hinder your ability to unleash your inner gymnast.

Tae-Kwon-Do Program
Our Tae-Kwon-Do program is run by Master Richard and Master Don who carefully curate traditional Tae-kwon-do teaching 1st Kata and Palwge Form geared for modern-day children. Developmentally appropriate skills include stretch kicks, front snap, roundhouse, turn back & jumping front snap. More advanced skills include jumping and spinning kicks. Learning this ancient art not only provides excellent physical fitness, but importantly teaches children leadership skills, communication, respect, perseverance, and the focus needed to approach any life experience.
