• Whether you are new to gymnastics or you are a former elite gymnast, there is something for everyone in our Adult Gymnastics classes. Working with trained coaches, adults of all ages focus on stretching and strengthening while adding the fun factor of gymnastics to a core and cardio workout.
• If you are interested in warming up and focusing on a particular skill, you have the freedom to work solo or as a group with guidance to achieve your goals.
• Our exclusive 8 pm time slot ensures our recreational children’s program will not hinder your ability to unleash your inner gymnast!
• We offer Trial classes for our adult class at a reduced Drop-In price of $20!
