- Our beginner-level classes introduce gymnasts to the four basic mens’ gymnastics events: floor, vault, parallel bars, high bar, rings and Pommel horse.
- Led by experienced instructors, Irving Gymnastics offers a complete range of instruction from beginner to advanced gymnastics based on age and skill.
- Gymnasts will develop their flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as their confidence. We provide quality instruction to those interested in recreational gymnastics and those who wish to pursue competition.
