Sweet Peas – Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 6 Months–5 Years)List Item 1
Our Sweet Peas preschool gymnastics program is grounded in educational principles that promote motor skill development, confidence, and social learning for toddlers and preschoolers.
Children ages 6 months to 5 years engage in fun, age-appropriate activities that build:
- Balance
- Coordination

- Flexibility
Sweet Peas classes also encourage listening skills, following directions, turn-taking, and teamwork.

Recreational Gymnastics (Girls Ages 6 & Up)
Our girls’ recreational gymnastics classes offer instruction for beginners through advanced athletes. Students learn skills on the four traditional women’s events:
- Vault
- Uneven bars
- Balance beam
- Floor
Gymnasts develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a structured, supportive environment.
Whether your child is new to gymnastics or dreaming of competition, we provide a safe and encouraging space to grow.

Boys Gymnastics (Ages 5 & Up)
Our boys gymnastics classes focus on strength, balance, and body awareness using six men’s gymnastics events:
- Floor
- Vault
- High bar
- Parallel bars
- Rings
- Pommel horse
Led by experienced coaches, boys progress through skill levels based on age and ability. Classes are perfect for beginners or boys aiming for advanced competitive gymnastics.

Tumbling ClassesList Item 3
Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts, our tumbling classes build explosive power and control. We offer three levels:
Tumble I – Beginner
Handstands, Cartwheels, and Walkovers
Focus on strength, body awareness & flexibility
Tumble II – Intermediate
Back walkovers, front handsprings, back handsprings
Requires some tumbling experience
Tumble III – Advanced
Layouts, twisting skills, connected tumbling passes
Placement requires evaluation via class or private lesson
